2 lbs fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch (or similar sized) baking dish.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the hulled and quartered strawberries with 1/2 cup granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Step 3: In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 5: Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the strawberry filling in the baking dish. Place the baking dish on a baking sheet to catch any potential drips.
Step 6: Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the strawberry filling is bubbly around the edges. The exact baking time may vary based on your oven.
