Instructions

Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg. Set aside these dry ingredients.
Step 3: In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. This step is crucial for the texture of your rhubarb bread.
