A vibrant and refreshing alcoholic slushie featuring mixed berries and vodka, perfect for cooling down on a hot day. This recipe is designed for easy preparation in a Ninja blender.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups (approx. 250g) mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
4 oz (120ml) quality vodka
2 oz (60ml) fresh lemon juice
1 oz (30ml) simple syrup (or to taste)
1/2 cup (120ml) ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

Instructions

Step 1: Add all liquids to your Ninja blender first: vodka, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Step 2: Add the mixed frozen berries and optional ice cubes to the blender, ensuring not to overfill.
Step 3: Secure the lid and start blending. Begin with the pulse setting to break down the frozen fruit, then switch to a continuous high-speed blend.
Step 4: Blend until the mixture is smooth and has a thick, slushie-like consistency. If it's too thick, add a tiny splash more lemon juice or water. If too thin, add a few more frozen berries or ice cubes and blend again.
Step 5: Pour the Berry Bliss Vodka Slush into chilled glasses. Garnish with a fresh berry or a mint sprig, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra chill, freeze your glasses before serving. Adjust simple syrup to your preferred sweetness level, and feel free to mix up the types of frozen berries based on what you have on hand or prefer.
