1 box (3 oz) Flavored Gelatin (any flavor)
1 cup Boiling Water
1 cup Chilled Vodka (or preferred spirit)
20 Plastic shot cups (2 oz size)
Instructions
Step 1: Place the flavored gelatin powder into a medium-sized heat-proof glass mixing bowl.
Step 2: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the gelatin and whisk continuously for 2 minutes until the powder is completely dissolved.
Step 3: Add 1 cup of chilled vodka to the mixture and stir gently until well combined.
Step 4: Carefully pour the mixture into the plastic shot cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
Step 5: Place the cups on a tray and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is firm and set.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, simply replace the vodka with 1 cup of cold water or fruit juice.
