1 cup Grillo’s Dill Pickles, finely diced and patted dry
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1 tbsp Grillo’s Pickle Brine
2 tbsp Fresh Dill, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Optional: 1 minced garlic clove from the Grillo’s jar

Instructions

Step 1: Begin your grillos pickle dip recipe by dicing the pickles into small, uniform pieces. Place them on a paper towel and pat them thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy whisk to blend until the mixture is completely smooth and free of lumps.
Step 3: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and the splash of pickle brine to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well to distribute the seasonings evenly throughout the base of your grillos pickle dip recipe.
Step 4: Fold in the diced pickles and the fresh chopped dill. If you are using the garlic from the jar, mince it finely and fold it in now.
