Ingredients
2 oz Premium Vodka
1 oz Freshly brewed espresso (cooled)
1/2 oz Coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
1/4 oz Simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
3 Whole coffee beans for garnish
Ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1: Chill your martini glass or coupe in the freezer for 5-10 minutes before starting the recipe.
Step 2: Brew a fresh shot of espresso and let it sit for a minute or two to take the edge off the heat.
Step 3: Fill a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice cubes.
Step 4: Add the vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Step 5: Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds until the shaker is ice-cold and frost forms on the outside.
Step 6: Double strain the mixture into your chilled glass to ensure a smooth, shard-free texture and thick foam.
Step 7: Garnish with three coffee beans arranged in a triangle on top of the foam and serve immediately.
Notes
Always use fresh espresso for the best foam; cold brew or instant coffee will not produce the same creamy head.
