Ingredients
2 (12 oz) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (12 oz) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 (12 oz) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed (or preferred berry blend)
2 liters ginger ale or lemon-lime soda, chilled
1 large orange, thinly sliced for garnish
1 lemon, thinly sliced for garnish
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: In a large punch bowl or pitcher (at least 4-quart capacity), combine the thawed orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice concentrate, and cranberry juice concentrate. Stir well until all concentrates are fully mixed and smooth.
Step 2: Slowly pour in the chilled ginger ale or lemon-lime soda. Stir very gently once or twice to combine, being careful not to lose the carbonation.
Step 3: Add the thin orange slices, lemon slices, and fresh or frozen mixed berries to the punch bowl. You can arrange them for a pretty display or let them float freely.
Step 4: Serve immediately for optimal fizziness. If you're preparing this in advance, keep the juice mixture refrigerated and add the soda and fruit just before serving to maintain its sparkle and freshness.
Step 5: For an extra chilled punch without dilution, consider freezing some of the punch mixture in an ice ring mold or in ice cube trays ahead of time and add them when serving.
Notes
For an adult version, add 1-2 cups of vodka or white rum to the punch bowl. You can also experiment with different juice concentrates like grape, cherry, or even a splash of ginger beer for a spicier kick. For less sweetness, opt for diet ginger ale or use sparkling water instead of soda, adjusting with simple syrup if needed.
