2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Step 2: Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or glass container and pour the chicken thigh marinade recipe mixture over them.
Step 3: Seal the bag or container, ensuring the chicken is thoroughly coated, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 6 hours for best flavor).
Step 4: Pre-heat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard any excess liquid.
Step 5: Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Step 6: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
Notes
For best results, use fresh garlic and let the meat come to room temperature before cooking.
