1 cup (240ml) Fresh Lime Juice (about 8-10 limes)
1 cup (240ml) Orange Liqueur (Cointreau, Triple Sec, or Grand Marnier)
1/2 cup (120ml) Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup (adjust to taste)

Coarse salt or sugar, for rimming glasses (optional)
Water or soda water, if diluting
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare your serving vessel. If you're using a pitcher, ensure it's clean and large enough to hold all ingredients. If desired, prepare your glasses by moistening the rims with a lime wedge and dipping them into coarse salt or sugar.
Step 2: In your large pitcher or dispenser, combine the tequila, fresh lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave nectar (or simple syrup).
Step 3: Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the agave nectar is fully dissolved and everything is well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as needed. For a stronger lime flavor, add a splash more lime juice. For more sweetness, add more agave.
Step 4: For immediate serving, add a generous amount of ice to the pitcher and stir gently to chill. If preparing ahead, cover the pitcher and refrigerate for up to 2-3 days without ice to prevent dilution.
Step 5: When ready to serve, pour the batch margarita recipe mixture over fresh ice in your prepared glasses. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge or wheel.
