2 oz (60ml) Gin
1 oz (30ml) Fresh Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz (15ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
0.25-0.5 oz (7-15ml) Grenadine
Ice
Lemon twist or edible flower, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2: Add gin, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and grenadine to the shaker. Adjust grenadine to your desired color and sweetness.
Step 3: Shake well until thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
Step 4: Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Step 5: Garnish with a lemon twist or an edible flower and serve immediately.
Notes
