Ingredients
1 cup Heavy Duty Mayonnaise (such as Hellmann's or Duke's)
1 cup Full-fat Buttermilk
2 packets (1 oz each) Hidden Valley Restaurant Style Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of heavy-duty mayonnaise.
Step 2: Slowly pour in 1 cup of cold buttermilk while whisking constantly to ensure a smooth base for your wingstop ranch.
Step 3: Tear open both packets of the ranch seasoning mix and sprinkle them over the liquid mixture.
Step 4: Whisk vigorously for about 1-2 minutes until all the herbs are distributed and there are no lumps in the wingstop ranch.
Step 5: Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 2 hours) before serving to allow the wingstop ranch to thicken.
Notes
Always use cold ingredients for the best emulsion. If the ranch is too thick after chilling, stir in a teaspoon of buttermilk at a time until desired consistency is reached.
