4 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup dark Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 sugar cones
12 oz dark chocolate melting wafers
1 cup green vanilla frosting

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan for the wicked witch hat brownies base.
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla until well combined.
