Ingredients
2 large naan breads
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cucumber, grated and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the naan breads on a large baking sheet.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, and fresh dill to create the tzatziki sauce. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Step 3: Toss the cooked chicken with olive oil, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 4: Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the two naan breads. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges of the naan are slightly crisp.
Step 5: Remove the naan from the oven. Spread a generous layer of the prepared tzatziki sauce over the melted cheese.
Step 6: Top with the seasoned chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
Step 7: Garnish with extra dill and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice before serving your tzatziki chicken naan pizza.
Notes
To save time, use a store-bought rotisserie chicken and pre-made tzatziki sauce. For a crispier crust, bake the naan directly on the oven rack.
