1 hard-boiled egg, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare your aromatics by grating the shallot and mincing the garlic finely.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and sweet pickle relish until smooth.
Step 3: Stir in the shallots, garlic, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika.
Step 4: Gently fold in the chopped hard-boiled egg if using, then season with salt and pepper.

Notes
