  • Total Time: PT55M
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb (16 oz) Bag of Pretzels (twists or nuggets)
3/4 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
1 packet (1 oz) Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (adjust for heat)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, ranch dressing mix, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and lemon pepper until well combined.
Step 3: Place the pretzels in a large mixing bowl and pour the oil mixture over them. Toss gently with a spatula until all pretzels are evenly coated.
Step 4: Spread the seasoned pretzels in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Step 5: Bake for 45 minutes, stirring the pretzels every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting and absorption of the oil.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and allow the pretzels to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving or storing.

Notes

For a less spicy version, reduce cayenne to 1/2 teaspoon. For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
