1 cup frozen or fresh peach slices
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 scoop (approx 30g) vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
Instructions
Step 1: Pour the unsweetened almond milk into the blender base first to ensure a smooth blend.
Step 2: Add the scoop of vanilla protein powder and the optional Greek yogurt on top of the liquid.
Step 3: Add the peaches and raspberries. If using fresh fruit, add the ice cubes at this stage.
Step 4: Secure the lid and blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high until the mixture is completely smooth and no fruit chunks remain.
Step 5: Taste the smoothie and add honey or syrup if you prefer a sweeter drink, then blend for another 5 seconds.

Notes
Use frozen fruit for a thicker texture without needing ice. If using plant-based protein, you may need an extra splash of milk as some vegan powders absorb more liquid.
