Ingredients
12 oz room temperature filtered water
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Optional: 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Add the Himalayan pink salt to the bottom of a clean glass or mug.
Step 2: Pour in about 2 ounces of warm water and stir or swirl until the salt crystals are fully dissolved.
Step 3: Squeeze the juice of half a fresh lemon into the glass, ensuring no seeds fall in.
Step 4: Fill the remainder of the glass with room temperature filtered water.
Step 5: Stir gently and drink immediately upon waking on an empty stomach for maximum absorption.
