1 box (0.3 oz) Sugar-Free Strawberry Gelatin Mix
1 cup Boiling Water
1/2 cup Cold Water
1/2 cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt or Sugar-Free Whipped Topping
Fresh Strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Pour the sugar-free gelatin mix into a large mixing bowl and add 1 cup of boiling water.
Step 2: Stir the mixture constantly for at least 2 minutes until the powder is completely dissolved.
Step 3: Stir in the 1/2 cup of cold water and allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Step 4: Gently whisk in the Greek yogurt or whipped topping until the mixture turns a consistent pink color and is smooth.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into individual serving dishes or a glass container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Notes
For a firmer texture, use slightly less cold water. You can also use different flavors of sugar-free gelatin to change the color and taste profile.
