A healthy, easy, and festive holiday treat made with almond flour, honey, and almond butter. No oven required!

Ingredients

2 cups superfine blanched almond flour
1/3 cup creamy almond butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Optional coatings: shredded coconut, cocoa powder, crushed nuts

Instructions

Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sea salt, and cinnamon to ensure there are no lumps for your no bake christmas almond balls.
Step 2: Add the almond butter, honey, and almond extract to the dry ingredients. Stir well until a thick, cohesive dough forms.
Step 3: If the dough is too soft, refrigerate for 20 minutes. Then, scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into 1-inch no bake christmas almond balls.
Step 4: Roll each of the no bake christmas almond balls in your desired coating (coconut, cocoa, etc.) and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
