3 cups 100% pineapple juice
1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
4 cups chilled sparkling water or club soda
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
Step 1: In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice, and coconut water.
Step 2: Add the honey or agave syrup and whisk vigorously until the sweetener is completely dissolved into the tropical base.
Step 3: Chill the juice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to ensure the flavors are well blended and cold.
Step 4: When ready to serve, fill a large punch bowl or individual glasses with plenty of ice.
