Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground chicken
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure your ground chicken pizza crust recipe doesn't stick.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use a spatula or your hands for the best results in this ground chicken pizza crust recipe.
Step 4: Place the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your hands or a piece of plastic wrap on top to press it into a circle or rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Step 5: Bake the crust for 20 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the meat is fully cooked through.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and add your desired pizza sauce and toppings. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 7: Let the ground chicken pizza crust recipe rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow the base to set firmly.
Notes
For an extra crispy ground chicken pizza crust recipe, try flipping the crust carefully after the first 15 minutes of baking, then bake for another 5 minutes before adding toppings.
