2 pints cherry or grape tomatoes
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and ensure the oven rack is in the center position.
