Instructions
Step 1: Begin by preparing your glass. Dip the rim of a chilled glass into a small dish of maple syrup, then immediately dip it into the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
Step 2: Fill the rimmed glass halfway with large ice cubes to ensure the easy apple mocktail stays cold without diluting too quickly.
Step 3: Pour the apple cider or apple juice over the ice, filling the glass about two-thirds of the way.
Step 4: Top the glass with the chilled ginger beer or ginger ale. Stir very gently with a long spoon to combine the flavors without losing the carbonation of your easy apple mocktail.
Step 5: Garnish with a cinnamon stick, two thin apple slices, and an optional sprig of rosemary for an aromatic finish. Serve your easy apple mocktail immediately.
Notes
For a less sweet version, use unsweetened sparkling water instead of ginger beer. If you are making a large batch, mix the cider and ginger beer in a pitcher just before serving to keep the easy apple mocktail bubbly.
