2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and place them in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Step 3: Pour the oil mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
Step 4: Cover and cook on 'Low' for 6-7 hours or 'High' for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
Step 5: Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese 30 minutes before serving, allowing the sauce to thicken.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm over your favorite base.
Notes
Use chicken thighs for the juiciest results. If using chicken breasts, reduce the cooking time by 1 hour.
