2-3 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder (optional for chocolate version)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch Sea salt

Instructions
Step 1: Place the cottage cheese, sweetener of choice, vanilla, and sea salt into a high-speed blender or food processor.
Step 2: If making a chocolate version, add the sifted cocoa powder to the blender at this stage.
Step 3: Blend on high for 60-90 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and no curds remain.
Step 4: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if necessary, blending for an additional 10 seconds to incorporate.
Step 5: Pour the mixture into small ramekins or glass jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh fruit or chocolate shavings before serving your delicious cottage cheese mousse recipe.
Notes
For the best results, use a high-powered blender to ensure all curds are fully pulverized. If the mousse is too thick, add a splash of milk.
