A refreshing, low-carb, and creamy Limeade inspired by Brazilian Limonada Suíça, perfect for those on a wellness or Mounjaro journey.

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 large Persian limes, washed
3 cups cold filtered water
3 tablespoons Monk Fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk or heavy cream
2 cups ice cubes
A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Step 1: Wash the limes thoroughly and cut off the stem ends. Slice each lime into 8 wedges.
Step 2: Place lime wedges, water, and sweetener into a blender. Pulse 5-8 times until limes are broken but not pureed.
Step 3: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher and discard the solids.
Step 4: Return the liquid to the blender. Add the coconut milk, sea salt, and ice.
Step 5: Blend on high for 15-20 seconds until frothy and slushy. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure you do not over-blend the limes in the first step to avoid a bitter taste from the white pith.
