1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
Instructions
Step 1: In a medium-sized dry mixing bowl, combine the smoked paprika, brown sugar, and kosher salt.
Step 2: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne, and cumin to the bowl.
Step 3: Use a whisk or a fork to thoroughly mix the ingredients, making sure to break up any clumps of brown sugar until the blend is uniform.
