Ingredients
1.5 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Pat the pork cubes dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the pork nuggets in a single layer, working in batches if necessary to avoid crowding.
Step 3: Sear the pork for 3-4 minutes on one side until a golden-brown crust forms, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 4: Add the minced garlic and rosemary to the skillet, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 5: Pour in the balsamic vinegar and honey. Stir constantly to deglaze the pan and coat the nuggets.
Step 6: Simmer the sauce for 3-5 minutes until it reduces to a thick, syrupy consistency and the pork is cooked through. Serve immediately.
Notes
For the best results, use a cast-iron skillet to achieve a superior sear on the pork.
